We partnered with OpenScope Studio, an architecture firm with offices in San Francisco and LA, as their digital marketing and business development consultant. The firm had strong design work and a solid reputation, but their online presence wasn't generating leads. Potential clients searching for architects in their markets weren't finding them. We started with a full technical SEO audit of their website. We fixed indexing issues, restructured on-page SEO across service and project pages, and optimized for the keywords their ideal clients actually search for — project types, service areas, and the questions firms ask before hiring an architect. From there, we built a content strategy targeting high-intent search terms in the architecture space. Each piece of content was designed to capture organic traffic from people actively evaluating firms or planning projects. Within the first three months, organic traffic grew by 40%. But visibility alone doesn't close projects. We layered in a full lead generation system: CRM implementation and pipeline setup, automated email sequences for nurturing prospects, cold outreach campaigns targeting developers and commercial clients, and LinkedIn outreach strategy. We also ran competitive analysis to identify positioning gaps and worked directly with the leadership team on business development strategy. The result was a system where SEO drove visibility, content built trust, and the lead gen engine turned that attention into real project inquiries. Over the course of the engagement, we generated 200+ leads through combined outreach and organic channels.
